Deepak Gupta Deepak has 30 years of International Supply Network and Organization Development experience with The Procter & Gamble Company in several Asian countries. Deepak has worked in every part of the supply chain and has been responsible for leading innovative supply solutions that have become industry trends today.

Starting his career in India, Deepak led Procter & Gamble’s market, regional and global supply chain operations in Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan and China. Deepak led restructuring and consolidation of manufacturing and logistics operations to deliver benchmark cost, cash and service results that accelerated P&G’s profitable business growth in Asia. Deepak pioneered delinking and outsourcing of capital intensive making and finishing operations to reduce price of entry and bringing kitchen-like flexibility into the complex manufacturing operations. Deepak also pioneered consolidation and outsourcing of door-to-door logistics operations to 3PLs.
In his last P&G role as Product Supply Director for Greater China operations, Deepak led creation of a low-cost and agile distribution network to allow P&G to reach deep in China. He also led the reinvention of Greater China’s supply network to leapfrog P&G’s capability-to-serve and give P&G an insurmountable competitive advantage to continue winning in China.
Manav Gupta
A graduate with a BS in Computer Technology (Telecommunications and Network Engineering) from Purdue University. He has strong power of mind, strong technical leadership, team work, relentless quest for excellence, and a strong cultural foundation that is essential for a global corporation. He has lived in 7 very diverse countries and studied in schools with 20-25 different nationalities which has helped him immensely in understanding and appreciating diverse people and cultures. He is confident and comfortable in Japan and China as he is in US and India. Apart from English and Hindi he can also manage Japanese, Chinese and Spanish with ease. At Purdue, he completed his coursework in Finance, Law and Business classes to round off his technical background.
He has worked with Hewlett Packard (HP) and an Indian multinational, Ranbaxy. At HP he created contingency backups for P&G's SAP system. He also created new network topologies for their China offices which helped increase network utilization and cut operating costs. He was also involved in developing a Disaster Resource and Business Continuity Plan for HP’s Greater China offices.
